Pomorosso Nizza DOCG RdF
Nizza Riserva DOCG
Visiting Coppo’s historical cellar could be the occasion to learn about the key moments that shaped the centennial mission of the Family: expressing the potential of this territory and its varieties at their best. The final tasting is a tribute to the excellences of Coppo.Starting from the Spumante. Canelli has always been the birthplace of Traditional Method Spumante in Italy.
Our Riserva del Fondatore Traditional Method, dedicated to Piero Coppo, is produced in a very limited quantity, only in the best vintages when its longevity becomes extraordinary. You will taste Monteriolo and Pomorosso, the two labels that drew international recognition towards Coppo and gave credit to the family’s effort of highlighting the quality of Barbera and local Chardonnay. You’ll then have the opportunity to taste very rare wines like our two Riserva di Famiglia: single-vineyard wines, produced in extremely limited quantities since 1998.
The average duration of the tour is 2 hours.
