Tasting 6 of our wines that aging in wood from 1 to 3 years  Wines are paired with platters of salami and cheeses typical to the area which enhance the sensorial characteristics.

At the end of the visit we will taste four wines together, including one of our Barolo. The wines can be chosen on the spot according to your wishes and our availability. Piedmontese breadsticks will be served to accompany the wines.

We will welcome you at the winery to let you discover our ecosystem, we will take you to the vineyard for a walk in which you will be able to discover more about our organic method surrounded by the hills of the Langhe, and then we will take you to the winery to see where our wines are produced.

Visit and tasting of 4 vintages of Barolo, both recent and from our archive, chosen from the Monvigliero, Fossati, Lazzarito, Mosconi, Castelletto crus and our blends (subject to availability). Piedmontese breadsticks will be served as pairing.

Didactical and interactive visit to the cellar with a focus on Arneis vine. Tasting of 4 wines made with Arneis grape variety + snacks of local products.

The “5 labels” tasting allows you to choose five of our wines (excluding Barbaresco Riserva and Barolo Riserva), and the winemaking techniques and peculiarities of each wine will be explained.

Tasting of five of our wines inside an early 19th century DC building in the historic centre of Neive, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. The selection of wines can be chosen independently at the time.

Guided tasting of three vintages of Nizza DOCGA unique journey through time to understand how Nizza DOCG evolves with ageing, revealing different nuances depending on the vintage.

Tasting of Vermouth di Torino Rosso, Chinato alla Barbera d'Asti, Grappa Invecchiata di Barbera.

Tasting of Four Native Piedmont Grapes: Moscato, Grignolino, Ruchè, Nebbiolo.   Experience the sweet and floral notes of Moscato, the fresh spiciness of Grignolino, the distinctive character of Ruchè, and the elegance of Nebbiolo, the region’s most noble grape.

The tasting includes: winery tour, tasting of 3 wines of your choice from the following: Langhe Arneis DOC, Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, Dolcetto di Diano DOCG, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Rosso “Faletto” DOC and Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, and a charcuterie and cheese board (Piedmontese tradition)
