A journey in the Barbera expressions. Through an in-depth visit that starts with the explanation of the vineyards that go through the history of the winery, you will discover all the Barbera secrets!

Discover the winemaking and aging methods of the great wines of Roero and Langhe, and then taste them in our comfy tasting room or outdoors admiring the Unesco heritage hills, pairing them with local products.

Visit of the vineyard and of the winery with tasting of four kinds of wines with breadsticks, our roasted hazelnuts and some local producs. Final tasting of Barolo Grappa.

Guided tour of the cellar, tasting of 5 glasses of wine, including 2 Barolos. Paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.

The “5 labels” tasting allows you to choose five of our wines (excluding Barbaresco Riserva and Barolo Riserva), and the winemaking techniques and peculiarities of each wine will be explained.

Tasting of five of our wines inside an early 19th century DC building in the historic centre of Neive, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. The selection of wines can be chosen independently at the time.

Didactical and interactive visit to the cellar with a focus on Arneis vine. Tasting of 3 wines made with Nebbiolo grape variety + snacks of local products.

Guided tour of the production area followed by a tasting of 6 wines from Cantina Pelassa, from the Roero and Langhe regions, accompanied by a selection of Piedmontese cured meats and cheeses

We will welcome you at the winery to let you discover our ecosystem, we will take you to the vineyard for a walk in which you will be able to discover more about our organic method surrounded by the hills of the Langhe, and then we will take you to the winery to see where our wines are produced.

At the end of the visit we will be able to taste 5 wines together, 2 of which are classic, 2 Barolo and 1 Barolo Riserva. It will be a journey to understand the facets of our territory. Piedmontese breadsticks will be served to match the wines.

At the end of the visit we will be able to taste 4 wines together, including one of our Nizza. The wines can be chosen on the spot based on your wishes and our availability.

Blind tasting of four wines. Using black glasses during the activity will stimulate the use of smell and taste, giving you a unique experience that will test your wine knowledge + snacks of local products.
