Discover the Roero through 5 Pelassa wines, paired with artisan Piedmontese cured meats and local cheeses. A journey into one of Piedmont's most authentic territories

We will welcome you at the winery to let you discover our ecosystem, we will take you to the vineyard for a walk in which you will be able to discover more about our organic method surrounded by the hills of the Langhe, and then we will take you to the winery to see where our wines are produced.

Visit and tasting of 4 vintages of Barolo, both recent and from our archive, chosen from the Monvigliero, Fossati, Lazzarito, Mosconi, Castelletto crus and our blends (subject to availability). Piedmontese breadsticks will be served as pairing.

At the end of the visit we will be able to taste 5 wines together, 2 of which are classic, 2 Barolo and 1 Barolo Riserva. It will be a journey to understand the facets of our territory. Piedmontese breadsticks will be served to match the wines.

Visit and tasting of 8 wines: Spumante Rosè, Rosato, Langhe Bianco, Dolcetto, Barbera, Langhe Rosso, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barolo

Tasting of five of our wines inside an early 19th century DC building in the historic centre of Neive, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. The selection of wines can be chosen independently at the time.

Tasting of 6 wines of your choice, with at least 1 year of Barolo Rocchettevino. Wines are paired with platters of salami and cheeses typical to the area which enhance the sensorial characteristics.

At the end of the visit we will taste four wines together, including one of our Barolo. The wines can be chosen on the spot according to your wishes and our availability. Piedmontese breadsticks will be served to accompany the wines.

The “5 labels” tasting allows you to choose five of our wines (excluding Barbaresco Riserva and Barolo Riserva), and the winemaking techniques and peculiarities of each wine will be explained.

Didactical and interactive visit to the cellar with a focus on Arneis vine. Tasting of 3 wines made with Nebbiolo grape variety + snacks of local products.

Blind tasting of four wines. Using black glasses during the activity will stimulate the use of smell and taste, giving you a unique experience that will test your wine knowledge + snacks of local products.
