Our story told by our winemaker with a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate, a visit to the cellar and a tasting of 5 wines. A selection of local cured meats and cheeses accompanies the tasting.

Dogliotti 1870: a journey through time between the Langhe and Monferrato, where every glass celebrates history and family passion. include a guided tour of the old winery and a tasting of 5 wines, with a focus on the labels that best tell the story of the Dogliotti family tradition.

The visit begins in the vineyards surrounding the winery. At the end of the winery visit we will move to the historic center of Neive. The selection of wines may be chosen at the time. During the tasting, all the characteristics and special features of each wine will be explained.

Introduction to our territory, Monferrato, subsequent visit to the winery and tasting of 5 wines: Grignolino d'Asti DOC, Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, Barbera d'Asti DOCG Bosco Donne, Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG Genio, Moscato d'Asti DOCG La Giostrina.

We will begin with a walk through the rows of vines to see where the wine is born and our eco-sustainable farming techniques.We will arrive at the top of the hill, where there is a majestic view of mountains and vineyards.

Guided tour of the production area followed by a tasting of 6 wines from Cantina Pelassa, from the Roero and Langhe regions, accompanied by a selection of Piedmontese cured meats and cheeses

At the end of the visit we will be able to taste 4 wines together, including one of our Nizza. The wines can be chosen on the spot based on your wishes and our availability.

The “5 labels” tasting allows you to choose five of our wines (excluding Barbaresco Riserva and Barolo Riserva), and the winemaking techniques and peculiarities of each wine will be explained.

Didactical and interactive visit to the cellar with a focus on Arneis vine. Tasting of 4 wines made with Arneis grape variety + snacks of local products.
