CASCINA FONTANETTE - Reduced visit and tasting

A wine discovery experience: from the vineyard to the bottle accompanied by the producer.The visit to the winery begins with a walk through our rows of vines, weather permitting, to admire the lush vineyards. It continues in the cellar in the wine-making and ageing rooms (in steel and fibreglass).

Finally, a final passage to the bottling and labelling rooms. The tasting includes the tasting of 3 wines to choose from the basic ones.

The wine selection will always be accompanied by a wide selection of local products. Among the proposals you can find tuma (Piedmontese cow's milk cheese), salami, lard and cugnà (a typical compote of the Langhe with mixed fruit, spices and nuts).
