The experience begins with a walk in the hazelnut grove close by the winery.
Here we will discover all the secrets of the Tonda Gentile Trilobata Piedmont Hazelnut: from cultivation to harvesting, from drying to the various possible transformations.
The guided tour then continues in the winery: vinification room, barrel cellar, refinement, storage and production.
We will continue with the tasting of n. 3 types of wine paired with hazelnut-based products: our toasted hazelnuts, hazelnut biscuits, spreadable hazelnuts creams.
At the end of the tasting you will be free to stay as long as you prefer, for a further walk or for a little relax among the vineyards and hazelnut groves.
